Refund Policy

Why Chuku Offer does not normally process refunds and where provider payment disputes should be directed.

1. No direct online sale

The upload-ready website does not sell mobile services, handsets, subscriptions or paid comparison memberships through an online checkout. Visitors are not charged a fee merely for browsing the general information.

2. No Chuku Offer refund transaction

Because the website does not currently take payment for a product or service, there is normally no Chuku Offer transaction to refund.

3. Provider or seller payments

If you paid a mobile provider, retailer, finance company or another third party, refund and cancellation requests must be made to that legal entity under its terms and applicable consumer law. Use the details on your order confirmation, bill or bank statement.

4. Incorrect payment to the operator

If you believe money was paid directly to Sunshine Dragon Limited in error, email info@chukuoffer.online with the date, amount, payment reference and a redacted proof of payment. Do not send full card details.

5. Future paid services

If Chuku Offer introduces a paid service, the applicable price, cancellation and refund terms must be presented before payment and this policy must be updated.
