Device condition

For refurbished or graded devices, ask about cosmetic condition, battery standards and the returns process.

Warranty

Check duration, who provides it, exclusions and how a fault is assessed.

Credit assessment

Some handset arrangements depend on eligibility and credit checks. Do not assume acceptance.

Trade-in value

Quoted value can change after inspection. Review grading, data removal and return deadlines.

Keep device and airtime documents together

If the agreements are separate, ending one may not automatically end the other. Check both sets of terms before cancelling or switching.
